We arrived early in the morning with my partner, who has some mobility issues, expecting just to leave our luggage and explore the city until check-in time. To our surprise, the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating — not only did they allow us to check in early, but they also upgraded us to a complimentary suite! The suite included access to the lounge, which not only offered breathtaking views of the city and castle, but also provided a lovely selection of snacks and drinks throughout the day — a perfect place to relax and recharge. Throughout our stay, the entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We felt truly looked after and are so grateful for their hospitality. Beautiful place, beautiful people — we’ll definitely return and stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was always easy to access everywhere with 2 elevators. One of the benefits from this hotel is that the under walk is in front of the hotel so it is very easy to reach the center. There are great facilities in the room so you can have a smooth stay.
